How do I list a home for sale?
A.
Simple. 3 steps
will complete your order. Step 1 - Go to our List
a property page and fill out the form then click the "Continue"
button. Step 2 - On the next page upload up to 24 photos. Step 3 - This
will take you to another page that gives you your payment options. Click
the PayPal button you prefer (3 month or 6 month listing) and you will be
taken to the PayPal page for payment. PayPal account is not required to
use PayPal to make a credit card payment.

How much does a listing cost on your website?
A.
The basic listing
required is $35.00 for a 3 month listing. A 6 month listing is $65.00 (less
than $11.00 a month). See Pricing

How many photos can be put on my listing?

Up to 24 photos
are allowed

Do you offer any discounts or incentives?

Every fifth listing
is free (available only with 6 month listings).

Can I edit my own listing?

At this time we
will have to do your editing. Just send us an email of the changes needed
and they will be made promptly.

How many hits do you get on your website?

We are currently
getting 19,000 to 20,000 hits per month and steadily growing.

What should I do if my listing sells?
A.
You can email
us to let us know and we will post a SOLD sign on your listing. Or if you
prefer we will remove your listing completely.

Who can put a listing on your website?
A.
Anyone. Private
owners (FSBO) and brokers or agents are welcome to advertise their listings.

What are your listing requirements?
A.
Any type of building can be listed as long as it is at least 50
years old.
Q.
How do I get my listing featured on the main page of your website?
A.
All 6 month listings
have a turn as featured listing with no charge. Featured listings are randomly
rotated with other listings on a first come first served basis until the
listing expires.
