List a Historic Home or building for sale
There is a $65 fee per listing to advertise for a six month period or a $35 fee for a 3 month listing. Your listing includes up to 24 photos of your property, along with the description of the home and your contact information. Payments are made by credit card with PayPal (PayPal acount is not required) or by using your PayPal account.

Please note - fee is per listing. If the home or property sells before the listing period ends, the listing fee is not refunded.
Listing Requirements - the home or building must be 50 years old or older. The home or building does not have to be listed on any Local, State or National Register of Historic Places. Please notify us when your listing sells or is taken off the market.
